Funeral services were held at Cypress Lawn Cemetery yesterday for Mrs. Jane Elizabeth Perkins, widow of A.J. Perkins, pioneer local photographer, who died last Thursday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. J.D. Cerkel, 586 Twenty-fourth avenue. Mrs. Perkins was born in England April 25, 1844, and came to San Francisco in 1859. She was prominent in religious and charitable work, having been a member of the Westminster Presbyterian Church for more than forty years. She was also a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and Crescent Court of the Amaranth. She leaves three children, Alfred J. Perkins, Florence H. Perkins and Mrs. Cerkel, all of San Francisco.
