  from "Free Baptist Cyclopedia," pub. 1889, by Burgess and Ward. (findagrave): Rev. Hezekiah Atwood, son of Hezekiah and Nancy (Coffin) Atwood, was born at Livermore, Maine. He studied at Farmington Academy, and served his denomination for many years in the state of Maine. He organized the church at Barker's Island, Booth Bay, Maine. He has recently died. He married Mary A. Baker, and has two children, one the Rev. C.B. Atwood, of Cape Sable Island, Nova Scotia.
