      The funeral of Lawrence David Palmer will be held tomorrow afternoon at 3 o'clock from the late home, 61 Hudson street. The Rev J.W. Schwartzman, pastor of the Methodist Episcopal church, will officiate, assisted by the Rev. T.L. Hunter, pastor of the Baptist church. Interment will be made in the Glens Falls Cemetery. Mr Palmer was a veteran of the Civil War, having served in company H. Of the N.Y. Volunteer Infantry. He was a prominent and well liked citizen of this village, having been postmaster of the local office for 12 years.
