Two San Diego boys were killed when their sports car collided with two trucks at 1:55 a.m. yesterday on U.S. 80 seven miles east of Holtville. Dead are Robert Allyson Scott, son of Mr. and Mrs. Merrill Scott of 144 Liggett Way, and a passenger, Thomas A. Voss, 19, son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Voss, 1133 Savoy St. ... The California Highway Patrol said the boys were eastbound on U.S. 80 when they attempted to pass the truck driven by Harper and crashed head-on with a westbound truck driven by Everett F. Parish, 46, of Centralia, Ill. ... Smay estimated the speed of the sports car at about 90 miles an hour at the time of the crash. The highway patrol said the impact knocked the car into the path of the truck it has just passed and the car was demolished.
