TIN WEDDING AT CAMBRIA CENTRE
The friends and invited guests of Mr. and Mrs. HOMER SCOTT assembled at their residence on the evening of Tuesday the 11th inst., in commemoration of the tenth anniversary of their wedding. Anything mirthful or fun provoking was in order, and the great display of tin-ware was the occasion of many a remark. During the evening there was read a communication from Rev. I. R. BRADNACK, who tied the nuptial knot ten years before, together with the published announcement of the marriage at that time Both are here appended, and areas follows:
"HYMENEAL. - Homer Scott and Sarah Baker both of Cambria Centre were joined in holy wedlock at the Center on Dec. 11th, 1867. Rev. I. R. Bradnack, Pastor of the Congregational Church in Cambria performed the ceremony. A large number of friends gathered at the residence of the bride's father and enjoyed an evening of socibility appropriate to the occasion. To my friends, Mr. and Mrs. Homer Scott, on their tin wedding day, Dec. 11th, 1877."
