LANDERS - In this city, Feb. 9th, John A. Landers, a native of Dunganon, Ireland, aged 47 years.

John A. Landers. Committed by Samuel Cowles Police Judge of the City and County of San Francisco May 6th 1863. Age forty four years; native of Ireland; has resided here about eight years and in this State about thirteen years; was last from Iowa. Previous habits, of late intemperate. Cause of insanity, loss of property and intemperance; has been affected about six months; class of insanity, mania. Present condition occasionally violent and dangerous to himself. Admitted May 7th 1863. Has no property. Address David Landers Box 597 Sacramento. Died February 9th 1869 of Maniacal exhaustion.

"That said deceased left surviving him his wife, Dora Landers, and three daughters towit: Elizabeth M., Dora, and Mary. That since the said death of said deceased the said Mary died, unmarried and without issue, and the said Elizabeth M, who had intermarried with Wm B. O'Brien, has died leaving three children towit: John W. O'Brien, Wm O'Brien and Elizabeth O'Brien."
John Landers died intestate Feb 1869.
