      Frank M. Woods, well-known Greenville business man, died Wednesday afternoon, Aug. 17, 1927, at the home, 2 Chambers avenue. His final illness was brief, although he had not been well for several years. Services will be held at the house at 2:30 Friday afternoon, followed by interment at Shenango Valley cemetery. Mr. Woods and a twin brother were born ner New Hamburg, Aug. 31, 1857, the sons of William and Nancy Ann White Woods. The brother died a number of years ago. Frank was married Jan. 26, 1888, to Virginia Eberman who survives him. Two sisters and a brother are living. One sister is Mrs. E.S. Cousins of Redlands, Cal., the other is Mrs. M.S. Grim, Fredonia, Pa. The brother is Harry I. Woods of Stillwater, Okla. Mrs Cousins and Harry I. Woods were there at the time of his death. Mr. Woods had a long and active business career both locally and as a representative and member of L.P. Seeley Co., Pittsburgh, Pa. He was a partner with George H. Grauel, in the firm of Grauel & Woods, and later conducted a haberdashery establishment here under his own name. Several years ago he gave up the active business career for which he was eminently fitted by his genial manner and inherent business acumen.
