Frank Woods Buried
The remains of Frank Woods were laid to rest in the I.O.O.F. cemetery, west of this city, Wednesday morning, the services being conducted by Rev. D.A. MacKenzie, of the Presbyterian church. Mr. Woods passed away in a Portland hospital last Monday evening after an illness of more than a month's duration, caused by injuries received in being struck by a street car in Portland several weeks ago. Besides one son, Gus Woods, a resident of Portland, he leaves to morn his death, a mother, Mrs. B. Lovelace, of this city; three brothers, M.V. Woods and I.N. Woods of Dallas, and John Woods, of Jerome, Arizona, and a sister, Mrs. Holman, of Monmouth. Mr. Woods was formerly a Dallas boy and was raised in this county, coming here with his parents from Pennsylvania when a mere lad.
