Notes - From "The History of the Woods Family, with a genealogy of Alexander Woods" by Roy Cleo Woods, 1936
John 2nd (Alexander 1st) married Nancy and they had several children. In 1813 their sons ran the farm, near Greenville, Mercer County, Pennsylvania, and John worked "at the loom." Many years later John wrote to his brother James that he and his "woman" were frail but Nancy could still sit and spin some.
