WALLA WALLA, March 3 - William F. Cogswell, 62, died suddenly last night while visiting at the home of a friend on Russell creek. He was a native of Nova Scotia and lived at Spokane several years, coming here 11 years ago. He leaves his widow, three sons and a daughter.
