By virtue of an execution, issued out of the the supreme court of judicature of the state of New York, to me directed and delivered, I have seived and taken all the real and personal property of Jared Palmer, Nicholas Palmer and Jesse Palmer, situate in the town of Northumberland, whose right and title of, on to the same, I shall expose to sale, at public vendue, on the 29th October next, at 2 o'clock p.m. on the premises. By virtue of an execution, to me directed and delivered, against the good and chattels, land and tenements of Jared Palmer, Joseph Palmer, jun, and David Palmer, I shall expose to publick sale, at Clark's Inn, in Ballston-Spa, on the 31st day of August next, at 1 o'oclock P.M. all the right and title of the said Jared, Joseph and David, to the following lost of land, lying the town of Hadley, in the county of Saratoga, and bounded as follows, viz. On the east by the Hudson River, on the south by Charles Stewart, on the west by David Lawson, and on the north by Joel Dayton, containing one hundred and sixty-four acres, more or less.
