Mrs. Celia Dellenbaugh, 47 years of age, of 1488 West Forty-ninth street, died in Georgia-street Hospital yesterday an hour after swallowing poison with suicidal intent, according to police a short distance from her home. Eluding a nurse, in whose care she had been placed, she walked to a drug store at Forty-seventh street and Western avenue, where she purchased ant past. Outside the store she swallowed the poison, collapsing a block away. Mrs. Dellenbaugh was the wife of R.C. Dellenbaugh, funeral director, of 630 Venice Boulevard.
