The third wedding ceremony performed at the Hampton Roads Naval operating Base in the last two years was solemnized yesterday morning at the home of Chaplain H.M.T. Pierce. The contracting parties were Chief Machinist Garrett Fitzmaurice, of California, and Miss Elizabeth Henson, of Alabama, who arrived in Norfolk several days ago.

Peggy H. Fitzmaurice has instituted an action in divorce against Garrett P. Fitzmaurice, alleging extreme cruelty in the complaint. The couple were married in Norfolk, Va., March 3, 1920.
