Isaac (Abraham, Isaac, John, John ) was horn in Chebacco Parish, Ipswich, Mass., about 1707. He married Elizabeth Butler, and they were published March 4, 1736. She was also born in Chebacco Parish, Ipswich, and was the daughter of William and Susanna Butler. He was a shoemaker in early life, and afterwards a shopkeeper in his native town, by which latter business he acquired considerable property. His will was proved Nov. 8, 1774. In this instrument he mentions his " five umarried daughters," several of whom were under eighteen years of age, and these were to be supported until they should be of that age; he also speaks of "my son Abraham," who was then his only son. His son, Abraham, and his wife, Elizabeth, were chosen by him to be the executors of his will. He died Oct. 19, 1774.
