Hazel was born and Educated in Medford, graduating from Medford High School. After High School, she moved to Malden where she resided for the rest of her life. She was a member of the Centre United Methodist Church, and she was active within the Church groups there. Miss Baker lived in Malden, Massachusetts for most of he life. She is survived by many loving nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father Albert Baker, her mother Mabel Cole, her brothers Albert Baker, Arthur Baker, Clifford Baker, Warren Baker, her sisters Villa Appel, Georgia Baker, and Helen Wood. She was born November 02, 1907 in Medford, Massachusetts the daughter of Albert and Mabel (Cole) Baker. Funeral services will be held Monday, December 18, 2000 at 10:00 A.M. at Weir - Mac Cuish Funeral Home. Rev. John C. Blair of Centre United Methodist Church will be officiating. Burial will be in the Oak Grove Cemetery in Medford.
