In celebration of their Golden Wedding anniversary, Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Perkins of 820 N. Main will hold open house at their home Sunday afternoon. Friends and relatives are invited to call between the hours of 2 and 5 p.m. but are asked to omit gifts. Ella Keene and Mr. Perkins were married in Ottawa by Rev. George Hines on March 3, 1909. The greater part of their married life was spent on a farm seven miles southeast of Wellsville before moving to Ottawa eight years ago. Mr. and Mrs. Perkins have two children, Donald W., Prairie Village; and Mrs. Doris Melling, Kansas; and one grandchild, Jimmy Perkins. Children and family will be present to act as hosts at the reception. Among guests expected to be present for the reception will be Mrs. Perkins' sister and her husband, Mrs. and Mrs. Clarence Robeck, Olympia, Wash.
