Vancouver, Wash., Jan. 23. - Z.A. Perkins, for the last 10 years manager of an elevator at Kamiah, Idaho, died Thursday at the home of his sister, Mrs. Ira G. Bills, near Glenwood, following a two months' illness with blood poisoning. A barley beard, which entered his mouth and worked its way into his throat caused the poisoning. He was 52 years old, and was a native of New York. One brother, J.R. Perkins, residing in Wisconsin, and three sisters, Mrs. Bills and Miss Sarah Perkins, of Glenwood, and Mrs. A.L. Abbott, of Portland, survive. Funeral services will be held at Knapp's funeral chapel and 1 o'clock Sunday afternoon, and will be conducted by Rev. J.E. Maley.
