Philip R. Day, 76, 1220 Fifth Street South, retired Peoria, Ill., furniture store owner, who came here 13 years ago, died Saturday at Bay Pines Hospital. A Spanish-American War veteran, Mr. Day was a member of the VFW, and the Christian Church, both in Peoria. Survivors include his wife, Arabella; a sister, Mrs. Robert McDougal, Peoria, and a daughter, Elizabeth J. Day, Tucsan, Ariz. John S Rhodes is in charge of arrangements.
