  from "The Tampa Bay Times", 24 Sep 1951 (newspapers.com) Philip R. Day, 76, 1220 Fifth Street South, retired Peoria, Ill., furniture store owner, who came here 13 years ago, died Saturday at Bay Pines Hospital. A Spanish-American War veteran, Mr. Day was a member of the VFW, and the Christian Church, both in Peoria. Survivors include his wife, Arabella; a sister, Mrs. Robert McDougal, Peoria, and a daughter, Elizabeth J. Day, Tucsan, Ariz. John S Rhodes is in charge of arrangements.
