PERKINS John, s. Jacob and Sarah, was born Oct. 17, 1693. - from "The family of John Perkins of Ipswich, Massachusetts"
John (Jacob, John, John) was born at Sagamore Hill, Ipswich, Mass., Oct. 17, 1693. He was published in Ipswich to Elizabeth Endicott, March 15, 1718, and was married in Boston in June, 1718. She was born May 8, 1695, and was a daughter of Zerobbabel and Grace (Symonds) Endicott, of Boxford. He was a grandson of John Endicott, governor of the Massachusetts Colony. John Perkins was a husbandman, and inherited some part of his father's land about Sagamore Hill. Many deeds are on record, by which he conveys parts of this estate to others.
