  From "The Portland Oregonian, 21 Sep 1958 (posted on findagrave.com) Richard Coucher Hart, 4318 NE Glisan St., died Friday at the Belmont Convalescent Hospital. He was born Nov. 25, 1867, in Paris, Ontario, Canada. Funeral will be Tuesday at 1 p.m. at A.J. Rose & Son. Mr. Hart was associated with the U.S. Lighthouse Service. He was treasurer and coach of the Portland Rowing Club for a number of years. He was a member of the Multnomah Athletic Club, Arlington Club and the American Legion Post No. 1. He was a veteran of World War I.
