NATIONAL CITY, Feb. 23 (Special) - Mrs. Martha Sybil Kellogg, 85, of 2718 Wilma Ave., National City, a retired teacher and postmaster, died today in a San Diego hospital. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday in the Berge-Roberts Mortuary. Burial will be in La Vista Memorial Park, National City. Mrs. Kellogg was born in Iowa and taught in the Middle West 45 years before moving here 25 years ago. She is survived by her husband, F.C. Kellogg; tow daughter, Mrs. C.H. McAlister, of Honolulu, and Mrs. Lela M Laird, of National City, and a son T.C. Woods, of Idaho.
