  from "Spirt of the Age", 23 Jan 1904 (newspapers.com) Mrs. Friend P. Fletcher died at her home in this village Monday morning, Jan. 18th. She suffered greatly during the week of illness. Mrs. Fletcher, who leaves a husband and a daughter, A. Lillie Fletcher, was a woman warmly esteemed here, in the Social Circle of which she was a very active member, and by all her acquaintances. She was born Sept. 9, 1835, in the house where she died, and has always been a resident of the village. The funeral was held on Wednesday afternoon, Rev. H.L. Canfield officiating.
