Notes - from "The Jackson Citizen Patriot", 24 Feb 1877
Mrs. Olive Baker, aged 75 years, died yesterday morning, after a brief illness, in this city. The deceased was born in Niagara county, N.Y., Aug. 4th, 1801, and was one of the first settlers of that county. She removed to this city about twenty years ago in company with her son, George W. She was much respected by all who know her. Her remains were taken to Adrian yesterday afternoon. - from "Michigan, Wills and Probate Records, 1784-1980"
