      LEO CORBETT
      BLISSFIELD - Leo L. Corbett, 85, of 117 Quick St,. Blissfield, died Monday at the Lenawee County Medical Care Facility in Adrian where he had been since November 1879. He was born Feb. 18, 1895 in Hudson to Elmer and Vona (Lowe) Corbett. He married Virginia Maynard of Blissfield in 1935. She survives. Mr. Corbett owned and operated for 11 years the Blissfield Theater. He then went into the Postal Service in Blissfield for 28 years, serving the last 18 years as postmaster. Mr. Corbett was active in youth projects and an active member of the American Legion, where he served as commander of the Hudson Legion post and commander of the Blissfield Robert Mecham Post 325. He was also a World War I veteran, and served overseas for 27 months. The only other survivors are cousins. Services will be held 2 p.m. Thursday at the Tagsold Funeral Home in Blissfield with Rev. Alfred Price officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant View Cemetery, Blissfield
