      Helen J. Burrows, wife of the late Fort Palmer, died this morning at 10:30 o'clock aged seventy-three years and nine months, at the residence of her niece, Mrs. Fred W. Wells, 30 Woodlawn avenue. She is survived by one half-sister, Mrs. Walter L. Jacobie, of Buffalo; two nieces, Mrs. Mary L. von Kramer, and Mrs. Flora F. Wells, of Saratoga Springs, also two nephews, Burton A. Burrows and Charles W. Jacobie, of Glens Falls. Prayer will be said at the house Saturday at 2:30 p.m. Funeral services will be held at the First M.E. church at 3 p.m.
