Justice of the Peace Hubert D. Palmer of Fortsville, a member of the town board of Moreau, died at 4 o'clock yesterday morning in Glens Falls hospital where he has been receiving treatment for pneumonia. Justice Palmer had been ill at his home in Fortsville for about a week and was taken to the hospital Tuesday. Mr. Palmer is survived only by an uncle, Elmer Palmer, who resides at Palmer's Ridge, near Fortsville; and by four cousins. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 o'clock Saturday afternoon from the Fortsville Methodist Episcopal church and burial will be in the Gansevoort cemetery. The Rev. H.C. Cussler will officiate.
