Dauphin County ss. In the Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin county, Pa., No. 62, September term, 1899. Libel in divorce - a vinculo matrimonii - Frank A. Maurer vs. Mary Maurer. The subpoena and alias subpoena issued in the above stated case have been returned "non est inventus." You, Mary Maurer, are therefore directed to appear in the court at Harrisburg, Pa., on the third Monday of March, A.D. 1900, to answer the complaint therein filed.
