William H. Nicholas, officiating. The body will be placed in Oak Ridge abbey where Stephenson post No. 30, of which Mr. Richard was a member, will hold services. Mr. Richard died at the age of 84 years. He is survived by one daughter, Jane; two sons, A.J. and W.H. Richards, one brother, Albert Richards and one sister, Mrs. Jennie Brew, San Jose, Calif.
