  from "The Port Stanley New", 10 Apr 2014 (portstanleynews.com) DIMMICK, David Wayne - It is with great sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Wayne Dimmick of London, in his 77th year, on Sunday, April 6, 2014. Beloved husband of Carolyn Dimmick. Dear brother of Phyllis (the late Archie) McArthur of Brampton. Wayne will be sadly missed by his relatives and close friends. The family wishes to express their gratitude to Dr. Larry Patrick and Dr. Jeff Mahon and their staff for their excellent care and compassion. Cremation. Friends will be received by the family one hour prior (10-11am) on Friday, April 11, 2014 at FOREST LAWN MEMORIAL CHAPEL , 1997 Dundas St. (at Wavell), where the memorial service will be conducted in the chapel at 11:00 am. Private family Interment in Elmdale Memorial Park Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation.
