The marriage was solemnized on Oct. 5 in the Ramsey home. Mr. Biddy is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Dillard Biddy, Avondale Addition. He is employed by Independent Exploration company in Sinton. The former Miss Ramsey attended Harlingen High school. Until recently she was with Southwestern Bell Telephone company.
