Perkins, pioneer local photographer, who died last Thursday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. J.D. Cerkel, 586 Twenty-fourth avenue. Mrs. Perkins was born in England April 25, 1844, and came to San Francisco in 1859. She was prominent in religious and charitable work, having been a member of the Westminster Presbyterian Church for more than forty years. She was also a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and Crescent Court of the Amaranth. She leaves three children, Alfred J. Perkins, Florence H. Perkins and Mrs. Cerkel, all of San Francisco.

Funeral services were held here yesterday for Mrs. Jennie Stanford Lathrop Waston, favorite niece of the late Mrs. Leland Stanford, who died last Thursday in Santa Barbara. Ther services were held at the funeral chapel of Gantner-Felder-Kenny, 1965 Market street, with Bishop J.J. Cantwell officiating. Interment was in Holy Cross Cemetery. Mrs Watson was noted for her charities. She is survived by a daughter, Mary Helen Watson, 18, and a brother, Leland Lathrop, of Belvedere.
