Funeral services will be held tomorrow noon at Paperman and Sons, Cote des Neiges Chapel, for Dr. Isadore Hyams, 45, well known Montreal dentist, who died suddenly at the Jewish General Hospital yesterday. Born in Montreal, Dr. Hyams, attended Montreal High School and McGill university where he won a fellowship to the Guggenheim Dental Clinic, New York City. Internationally known for his writings on dentistry, He was former editor of the McGill Daily as well as an amateur sports writer. In additon to his private practice, he was associated with the Grace Dart and Jewish General hospitals as a dental officer and the past president of the Mount Royal Dental Society, He was also active with local agencies in an attempt to bring fluoridation of water. A World War H veteran holding the rank of Captain in the Dental Corps, he was a member of the McGill Alumni Society: chairman of the Safety Committee of the Willingdon Home and School and chairman of the Breakfast Club of the Temple Beth Sholom.
Burial will be at the Beth Sholom Cemetery.
