Bailey Island, May 17 - Mrs. Bessie D. Sinnett, 81, wife of Herbert Sinnett, of Bailey Island, died Friday evening in her home. She was born Sept. 9, 1864, at Gardiner, daughter of John C. and Rosanna, Phillips Baker. She attended West Gardiner schools and in 1882 married Robert G, Potter. In 1893 she married Mr. Sinnett. coming to Balley Island to make her home at that time. She was a member of the Free Baptist Church of West Gardiner and attended the Balley Island Church, Surviving, besides her husband, are a son, Robert B. Potter of Woodstock, N. B. and a granddaughter, Mrs. Drusilla Doughty of Balley Island. Funeral services will be heid in the Bailey Island Church at 2 p.m. Sunday. Interment will be in the Bailey Island Cemetery.
